Introducing, the HOFBL WWL. This will be a Far East league, consisting of six teams. Each Team may send three (3) prospects into the league pool. All the prospects from one division will be placed on one team's roster. (I.E. All NL East Prospects will be on one team, and so on) You will "send" these players over to play, and basically gain experience. After the foreign season has completed, the players come back to your team, and even the top players from the league may decide to come join HOFBL, and defect from the HOFBL WWL. Here's the guidelines for the prospects you can send:
º Prospects must be between 17-25 years old.
º Prospects must have fewer than 4 1/2 years of pro time (time they've been in professional baseball.)
º If you send a player over and he declines, you cannot restore his old ratings.
º If you send a player over and he becomes better, it's your win.
º The 3 players each team sends over MUST BE POSTED IN THIS THREAD BY THE WEDNESDAY SIM!! If not, and you're active, you must declare no intent to send players over seas, or if there is no GM for the team, their listed top 3 prospects will go over.

Q: Where will the players go?
A: The players will be still listed in your organization, but their ratings will be dumbed down. You will not be able to do any transactions with the player. I do this so service time remains the same, and it essentially doesn't mess us all up. The players will be restored after the foreign season.
