Due to recent misunderstandings from BoA and other GM's
ALL TRADES WILL REQUIRE AN EXPLAINATION FROM EACH TEAM AS TO WHY THEY HAVE MADE THE DEAL.
This will help the BoA's with their decisions to veto or not

I think this is TRULY NECESSARY. Outside circumstances such as injuries, bidding (if more than one team is going for a player, and the final deal is a huge overpay), and other factors WILL make some deals unfair. These should be taken into consideration, and allowed to pass through.

And this is maybe just me, but if you bitch and whine about a decision from one of the BoA's.. I'll veto every single one of your trades the rest of your life. A trade thread should look like this Post One GM A posts the trade, and gives his explination on why he accepts.
Post Two GM B posts that he accepts the trades and why.
Post Three BoA member A approves/vetos the trade.
Post Four BoA member B approves/vetos the trade.
Post Five BoA member C approves/vetos the trade.
Post Six (if necessary) BoA member D approves/vetos the trade.
Post Seven (if necessary) BoA member E approves/vetos the trade.
There should be no extra posts. Thank you.
