fla gives SP-dontrelle willis-(4.5) SP-jason vargas-(3.0 spec)
tor gives SP-dustin mcgowen-(5.0 spec) SP-ted lilly-(2.5) 3B-evan longoria-(5.0)
hate to loose willis, but im gettin a couple great specs and mcgowen should be a decent replacement for dtrain
also, i didnt know where 2 put this, so im puttin it here...put longoria in A and teach him to play 1st base

It was tough giving up Longoria and Mcgowen. But its going to be a tough division an D-train in a pitching poor league should help me out. Also I was looking to dump lillys 4 million $ salary thats why he was in there as well. Accepted.

I will decline due to the fact that this will be your 3rd and 4th trade within hours of each other, trading too often is against the rules

I just read over the rules and they state: "In the HOFBL, we expect trades to happen at a moderate pace, and hopefully, not to be abused. We do not want teams over trading, just for the sake of it. If we expect you are, we hold the right to veto the trade.". That being said, I dont think Florida is over trading just for the sake of it. The Marlins have a new GM and he's trying to get his team the way he wants it.
If any BOA members have any thoughts on this, I'd like to hear it. Milwaukee does raise a good point: how much is too much?
For now I will tentatively approve
EDIT: My decision on the CIN/FLA trade depends on what goes on here.
