It's what makes this league different and fun. And what team are you anyways, everybody is supposed to have their city or nickname for their display name.

i never brought this up but i have a problem with this

when i started off my team payroll was over 70 mill

I essentially have one goal in two spots with a not pliable 70 mill budget and i cant go over that, which i started with

And i agree I will win the AL West but I am getting a lot of offers for my spects and I have to say no.

From now on I am trading them. If my "owner" has a problem with a world series title pr a lot of winning then he can go to hell.

The owner of the A's is more worried about making money than he is about winning the World Series, Your broadcasting revenue from last year was 52 mil. While making 70 mil total which is why your budget is at 70 mil. This year, your broadcasting revenue is only 41 mil leading you to make a total of 59 mil in revenue this year. At 80 mil salary you will be 21 million dollars in debt and will not be able to resign any players, nor will you be able to Sign any Free Agents. With that, you won't be able to compete after this year without your prospects. Leading to your ultimate firing after 3 years.


Guys, you really need to take your financial reports into consideration, without doing so you are only hurting yourself...You are the GM, there are contracts involved, and part of your integrity as a GM is how well you can put a team on the field while ALSO keeping your team under Budget. Always remember that the MLB is a BUSINESS.
