this was a bull shit way to pick. It should have been in order of our record, not randomly. Teams that have bad records that need the players to get better, and you screwed some of them this way (16th pick, I have one of the worst freakin records).

exactly. Next year will be the normal way, so no worries. If you guys want pick trading, bring it up with the BoA and we'll converse. There'd only be a little bit of time to help it this year, but you can always plan for the future!
Oh, and how do you think Philly felt?
